Using our on line shopping cart, enter the order using the "purchase order" option. Use any number as your order number. You will still need to fax a purchase order to us, but this way you can get in the queue for shipping on non-stock items, while purchasing is
processing your PO. |
Shipping
We ship products using the following delivery methods. Most product ships from stock. You will be notified if your choice is not in stock, and given a ship date, as well as the option to cancel or change your order. Your account will never be billed until your order ships. |

UPS 2nd day is typically about double the cost of ground. Our shopping
cart calculates estimated shipping costs based on UPS tables. Your final

Refund Policy

We provide full refunds, less shipping,
for customers who return products unopened within 15
days of receipt.

Returns between 15 and 30 days of
receipt are subject to a 10% restocking fee.

After 30 days, no refunds are provided.

No refunds or returns on used ultrasonics tanks, except for jewelry cleaners.
