The New CPX and CPXH Series Ultrasonic Baths.

The new CPX/CPXH series ultrasonic cleaners display advances not just in Branson cleaners, but in tabletop ultrasonics as a whole! This results in some of the most advanced ultrasonic units on the market

Power Tracking, Constant Activity.

Both the CPX and CPXH units constantly adjust to keep power at a constant level, even when changes in liquid level and temperature occur. These digital units will also actively compensate for both light and heavy applications. What these features result in is uniform, repeatable results throughout the work day, regardless of changes in tank conditions.

High and Low Power Control.

The ultrasonic power is fully adjustable from 70 to 100% power. Use lower settings for cleaning delicate parts, while full power is recommended for more difficult applications. This feature is also a boon for dispersion and homogenization projects in the lab.

Precise Temperature Control (Heated Units Only)

Branson ultrasonic units have a temperature range up to 69 C / 156.2 F, which can be displayed in either Fahrenheit or Celsius on digital display. Also included is a visual, high temperature alarm and over-temp shut off feature.

Sleep Mode:

A great energy saver! The unit will shut itself off if no button is pressed within 15 minutes of the last cycle. To restart restart the unit, simply press any key.

Advanced Degass Mode:

Both the new CPX and CPX Series cleaners offer an extended degass capability. With the inclusion of this wave modulation mode that can be activated up to 99 minutes, the CPX/H series units are capable of a number of sample processing and preparation applications:

Cell lysing
Cell / solution homogenization
Sample mixing and prep
Disolution and dispersion of solids
Liposomal vitamin C prep.

The New M/MH Series Ultrasonic Cleaners

With simple to use, no frills analog controls the Branson M and MH series ultrasonic baths are perfect for standard ultrasonic cleaning applications. Common features between both analog series include:

Sweep frequency ultrasonic transducers, 40kHz
“Set and Forget” mechanical timer.
Cleaning time from 1 to 60 minutes.
Continuous cleaning option

Accessories

Once you’ve selected the ultrasonic cleaner that’s perfect for your specific application, you can then outfit it with a number of available accessories, all manufactured by Branson Ultrasonic themselves! Accessories available include all stainless steel perforated trays, mesh baskets, support racks, solid trays, and beaker covers. Please refer to the chart below for more details.
